Shipping
Most of our deliveries are made by Courier Service. This means that goods need to be "signed for" on receipt. Please ensure therefore that someone is available to accept the goods. Many customers find it convenient to have deliveries made to a work address or provide a neighbours address as an alternative in the event of them being out.
Our couriers have an excellent record and deliver most consignments within 24 hours of despatch (Monday to Friday 9:00am-17:30 pm) Should no one be at the delivery address they will leave a **card in order that you can contact them to arrange another day (time specific deliveries are not possible except at a considerable surcharge) please be aware that after 5 days parcels will be returned to us. Re-delivery will then incur an additional charge of £19.66 + vat.
The cost of a 3rd party return is £19.66 made up of :-

£5.24 3rd party charge
£3.94 Insurance Charge
£5.24 re delivery charge
This represents the cost involved in goods being returned to us and then put through the system again.

Please note some consignments especially those of low order value (£25.00 or under 2.0 kgs) could be despatched via the Post Office so delivery may well take a few working days. Should you wish to ensure courier delivery please order a minimum of £26.00 worth of goods.

** The carriers will now leave a card with a call centre telephone number on. You can ring this number to arrange for re delivery the following day, without having to ring your local depot. |
